I spoke to Carole on this call and she asked me a series of questions. Once it was done, she said the office would call me to set an appointment time to come in for testing. It's November 22, and to date, I haven't heard anything from them. I've tried calling on several occasions, however, I find they're either 'closed' or unable to take my call. Leaving a voicemail does not solicit a response at all. I'm waving the white flag with this and am going to look for someone else. Service this atrocious shouldn't happen nowadays, and I'm happy to leave a really bad review to save others from potential pain. The silver lining here is that they may have saved me from themselves. If this is the way they operate, I don't want to trust them with my health and well-being.

I was very, very impressed with this office. I have not seen an allergist since I was 4? yrs old. Dr. Ozog took impeccable notes in trying to diagnose my issues with eczema. Which my Dermatologist needs to know the underlying issues before she can properly treat my eczema. I don't know if this is normal but her thoroughness was amazing! I go back in 2 weeks for the second half of the scratch testing. Hopefully she can find something. The first scratch tests (all 36 major allergens) all came back negative. Something is causing this eczema. It completely went away after taking the doxycycline that I took for 10 days. But now it's coming back. I'm allergic to something?? Dr. Ozog will come up with something eventually it may just take a bit to figure out.

Not only did Dr. Ozog and her staff exceed my expectations from treatment to customer care but for the first time in YEARS I feel like I'm in control of my allergies and its dreadful season! Ozog gave me a cream to try for a week and scheduled to have me come back to reevaluate along with test for any allergies. My son did OIT from 6 months old and now no longer has a peanut allergy! (It took 10 months!). So thankful to not have to deal with shielding him from all things peanuts when he starts school. The higher ups need better bedside manners. The worst was hearing Loraine loudly discuss another patients condition. Then she proceeded to tell me she can only refer me to another facility, which didn't receive the referral at all and it was stated "we are always blamed" which should be a massive red flag. The facility referred didn't even take my insurance which is such a gross oversight. I've also heard "I never heard of that being a symptom" from another doctor which is not comforting whatsoever. I had a mole removed and they did not remove all my sutures/stiches ten days after…read moremy surgery, so I had to go elsewhere to get the sutures removed and the wound did not heal correctly. I contacted the office multiple times about getting the sutures removed and they did not care and just wanted the bill paid immediately. It is difficult to speak to anyone on the phone there as you will be on hold for 25 minutes. The staff is always in a rush and don't care about doing a thorough job. It seems that this office cares more about the elective cosmetic services then anything medical related. It is hard to get an appointment at the office you want to visit so they want you to travel to their other offices which are not close. I had a mole on my head that was atypical but not cancerous, but they said I should get it removed. They told me that the removal process would be quick and that all my hair would regrow. I showed up to the office to get the mole removed which they did not inform me of what the process would be and just told me to lay down. I asked multiple questions, and they said that it will be quick with no other details. Most the staff there are very young and immature. They will talk about their weekend and completely ignore the patients. I laid face down for over 45 minutes with the staff never asking if I was comfortable. When I returned to the office ten days later for the 8 sutures/stiches to be removed there was only 6 removed and 2 were missed. I'm not sure how they would have missed removing the sutures, but the staff seemed to be in a rush. I went home and a week passed by till I realized that 2 of the sutures/stiches were still there. The wound was hurting, and I could feel the hard sutures still there, so I called the office which they did not believe me. Attached is the photo of the 2 black sutures still there (My hair was longer at that time but is still noticeable). After five months none of the hair has regrown and there is a large scar that has not healed correctly. The scar is very noticeable now and I must wear a hat to cover the missing hair. The second photo is what the scar looks like now.

I I called back the clinic to talk to a nurse about my son's medication since Julie wasn't helping me and was rude, but I received the same treatment again. I do not know who is in charge of this clinic, but I hope you could reach out because I want to file an official complaint.
