He did not clean off his boots and brought dirt into the house and is on the runner of my stairs. He did not really care when I mentioned this either. He did not have a ladder ready to bring inside because it was wet and on top of his vehicles so I had to get the ladder for him that I had. He left the floor dirty with insulation that came from the attic and didn't even offer to clean it up....didn't even acknowledge it. He left without saying goodbye...this whole visit was strange and I sent a note to complain. Laurie was very considerate and timely, but I don't think the same for the rest of the company.
