They communicate with you every day with an email to let you know what to expect the following day. They hold all their subcontractors to their high standards and if they don't measure up, they no longer use them. The owner, Jon Guy, was very involved in the project from beginning to end. Any problems in the job were addressed immediately. This is one of those reviews you really hate to do because you don't want them to get any busier than they already are should you want to use them again. But, they really deserve the kudos. It's hard to find high quality, honest, dependable contractors. GuyCo is just that. Their professionalism is top notch. Jon and the GuyCo team helped plan a sunroom conversion, outdoor living space and deck add on, new windows and doors, and a new entryway to protect and accent our front door. 2021 has been such a challenging time to build and upgrade: from simple things like getting a dumpster for tear-out to ordering and getting even the most basic materials. Jon, Melissa, Aaron and the crew helped us at every step of the process and little by little were able to complete some absolutely gorgeous projects. This was our second time working with the company and as before I appreciate the attention to even the smallest details, the commitment to get the job done even better than right even if it means extra effort, and the years of insight and experience that they bring to the table.
