I got on Thumbtack and sent out a few messages and Rachel, the owner, got back to me right away. We set up a meeting the following week to get things situated with DOR. She helped me craft a letter and told me how to turn off something I registered for and didn't need to with them. She was my life saver. After all of that dust settled my husband and I ran into a hiccup with filing our taxes and my new retirement account. Since Rachel saved the day once, I knew she'd be able to do it again. She did! She was able to get us an appointment a couple days later and we spent just over an hour from start to finish. Our return money was delayed because of a few things on our end and she checked in with us along the way to make sure we hadn't gotten anything that she might be able to help us navigate as to why. We just received our return and couldn't be happier with how much she helped us.

Jon, Melissa, Aaron and the crew helped us at every step of the process and little by little were able to complete some absolutely gorgeous projects. This was our second time working with the company and as before I appreciate the attention to even the smallest details, the commitment to get the job done even better than right even if it means extra effort, and the years of insight and experience that they bring to the table.
