After all of that dust settled my husband and I ran into a hiccup with filing our taxes and my new retirement account. Since Rachel saved the day once, I knew she'd be able to do it again. She did! She was able to get us an appointment a couple days later and we spent just over an hour from start to finish. Our return money was delayed because of a few things on our end and she checked in with us along the way to make sure we hadn't gotten anything that she might be able to help us navigate as to why.
