My thought was the attendant forgot to give them to me, not at all the case. Turns out I threw them in the trash, simply moving too fast. Jordan not only handled me professionally, took the time to review the tapes and advised me I in fact took them. Again, going way beyond he checked the trash where I pumped and then once more the trash outside of the door, where he found the tickets and cared enough to call me to let me know. I am so grateful for the level of professionalism and compassion this man showed me! It is not even weekly that I get stellar customer service like this and especially in my own error. I though the pump acted weird, so I went in the station to see if my card went through. BIG mistake, me being honest. The woman, said I owed 1 cent. I was like Huh? Then she said I owed 2 cents, still huh? I asked her if my card went through, and she said yes. I'm about to leave, she tells me to pull over, she finally knows what went wrong. The man before me had changed pumps, but dumb lady didn't turn the pump off. I spent 20 mins. while the dumb lady tried to remedy the situation. Of course she could not. Meanwhile I hear the people in back of my cussing, I thought someone was going to pull a gun and start shooting. Now it's the next day, I'm waiting for a call from Valero to fix the situation. Stupid lady didn't even write down how much I owe. Can anyone say, dumber then paint? So, I get a call on Monday about this, I called back. Now I have to wait another 20 mins. for her supervisor to call my back. I'M NEVER GETTING GAS AT THIS COMPANY AGAIN! Oh, and the supervisor called me today, finally, this happened on a saturday, it is now Monday!
