My garage door puller was grinding when I open the door. The door pully on the right side lost tension, cable unwounded off the pulley, two rollers jumped the track. The door looks so bad because it was unlevel and I had to push the door up to get my truck out. My car was parked in the driveway. This was Thursday night at 6:00pm. I researched online the service companies near Chamblee. I choose, Liberty garage services, scheduled an appointment for 9:30am Friday. The tech arrived at 9:15am. He explained what will need to be done and gave me a good estimate. He fixed, adjusted and leveled door in 1 hr. Very professional. He did a great job and greased the cable also.
