Hottest part of the year and no cleaning solution for the inside of your vehicle. Doesn't matter if you go at 10am or 6pm. Two days ago the member lane was closed. Today, the member lane gate wouldn't open. One day, three members sat in wait at the gate while an employee tried to upsell a non-member. About to end my membership.
