I was just at their Everhard Rd location a few hours ago and found that my alloy wheels were only around 50% clean between the (wide open) spokes. Perhaps that is the industry standard but it needs improvement. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with the upper-level car washes at this and their Whipple Ave. location!
