Clients are all Boomers and OW recipients, who notoriously have NO MONEY. You'll be lucky to make $50 in 12 hours. That's why they can't keep people. It's literally the same 5 customers, heading to the same plazas to buy drugs, groceries, and cigarettes. Deluxe is curry trying to round up Pennie's, by scamming the new drivers into paying DOUBLE to renew their licenses. They will charge you $150 right away, and then 2/3 months later they will surprise you with another $150 charge That they initially told you that they would cover when you paid the first time. They also claim that payments to operators will be paid in cash the following week, with zero follow through. They will make up excuses as to why you wont receive it.
