Have asked repeatedly for a receipt for towing to send to my insurance company for reimbursement.....still waiting.

My truck broke down on I-35W recently, during rush hour, on the northbound side of traffic. After the FWPD was able to push my vehicle enough to let me to the TX 170 exit, I was able to get into the Pilot Travel Center. I then tried to search for a towing company that was close to my location. Alliance came up in my Google search and I was able to get them on the phone. She asked my my exact location and all of the specifics of my vehicle and told me a driver would be on the way soon. There was a driver there within 45 minutes and had me hooked up and ready to go. Then they transported my vehicle to my workplace in Denton and never even questioned it. I would highly recommend their services if you are stranded and do not have towing on your insurance policy. I called Alliance Towing on a Saturday afternoon. The dispatcher was nice and process was easy. She dispatched Jerry to us and he reached us in 15 minutes. He was a knowledgeable, helpful and very nice guy. The price was fair as well. I'll definitely use this company again (but hopefully not need to!) in the future. read more

I called Alliance Towing and Road Service by mistake when my car was missing (presumed towed - ended up stolen) and spoke with Wendy on a Sunday morning. Even after Wendy (Dispatcher) told me her company did not service my local area, she stayed on the line with me and talked me through different ways to search for my care online - she then texted me the steps right after ending our phone conversation. I texted a thank you, figuring that would be the end of our conversation - but Wendy then texted and gave additional suggestions and tips. The following day, Wendy checked in to see if the vehicle had been found, when the reply was no, she continued to suggest ideas. The car has since been located by authorities, but I cannot say enough how wonderful Wendy was throughout this process. Her kindness, compassion, and thoughtfulness was such an amazing pleasure during a very tumultuous experience. I couldn't recommend working with Wendy enough. so I had the worst day at work today and it seemed to carry on to my drive home this afternoon I was on my way home from work traveling up busy i35 to Denton when my old Chevy decided to stop running in the middle of all the busy traffic I was so angry and completely lost because I had no idea what to do , I started pushing it to the side of the road when a man pulled up and jumped out and helped me push it . he told me to call alliance tow cause he had just used them to tow his daughters car like 3 days ago and was very happy with there service so I did . I would have to agree all the way from the first phone call to the lady that answered the phone she was so helpful and friendly and was asking if I was ok and if I was able to get my truck off the hwy and get it safe . she also explained to me the cost and how long it would take for her driver to get there and not to worry I could ride with him to my house to drop my Chevy off . when her driver got there to pick my truck up I have to say he really was one of the nicest guys I have ever met and was very polite as well . he got me and my truck home quickly and safe , thank u so much alliance towing and roadside service you won a customer for life . Wendy is awesome. Great customer service. After the tow company my insurance roadside assistance contracts with left my son waiting for over 3 hours past the estimated time they said they'd be there, I called Wendy. She said it would be at least an hour before she can get a driver to my son's location, and it was just under an hour. Do yourself a favor and call Wendy before you call any other tow company. read more

We called Alliance towing for help when we couldn't get our truck out of park in a restaurant parking lot last evening. Al was there to help us within 10 or 15 minutes of the call. Broke down by the race track at 12:30 Am, after trying to mess with roadside assistance for 45 minutes I hung up and looked up local towing companies and found this one. My clutch went out 5 miles after I got my Jeep out of the shop. I called another company and they wanted way to much and were not going to be able to get it for at least an hour. I called alliance and the dispatcher was very friendly, price was reasonable and they were there in 5 minutes. Could not be more pleased after a very frustrating afternoon.
