She did my inspection anyway, but never reported the inspection to the state and refused to do so when I called. She even said she had it right there and I could pick it up from them, but she would not send it through to the state for me (something I paid her shop to do in the first place). Her demeanor led me to believe that she didn't report the inspection on purpose to inconvenience me, as I had apparently inconvenienced her when she did the inspection. Also, she told me to stay in my car during the inspection and she never even drove it, which I now know is illegal. My family will be going elsewhere. I ended up getting another inspection just down the road. Much more positive experience and i was able to register my vehicle online the next morning.

After waiting over 5 and a half hours total, they finally told me they weren't able to do the job. I don't know if this was a one-time issue or not, but I personally wouldn't rely too much on this company for timely or dependable service.
