Allie has such a keen understanding of the Austin-metro housing market that my house was under contract (the first step of being "sold") three days after the listing went live. Three days! She got to work from the moment I met her; promoting my house to other realtors, carefully studying the area and comparable homes on the market, hyping up the house as "coming soon" to brokers and the public, and giving me a solid timeline to pack up and prep for the photographer she arranged. She priced my house so perfectly that the offers I received turned into a bidding war less than 48 hours after the house went on the market. Allie then combed over the offers for me, finding tiny things that some potential buyers had left out or tried to sneak around. Since this was my first time buying a place, I really didn't know what I was doing (besides my experience in watching HGTV). Allie really helped us (my boyfriend and I) understand the Austin market, what was realistic, and point out that we really needed to nail down the top things we cared about and then move forward from there.
