Jamal needs to read the contracts and claims, and any complaint he might have is with the insurance company, not Takoda. They replaced the roof twice (because of hail damage) and did the gutters on our new house. The work is always fast, reasonably priced, and done RIGHT. I am hiring them to do more work on our new house as well. Don't let someone who is taking his frustrations out on the wrong person because he doesn't understand how insurance works color your view.

It took months to get them back to reinstall. During the reinstallation process, they dropped the screen and broke the ends. They had to take it again. Finally got them back to install and was left with a VERY expensive screen that has chunks out of the metal and still has broken ends!
