What made the experience even better was that I wasn't even able to be there in person however Jason still made the entire process seamless by keeping me updated throughout the whole process with messages, photos, and phone calls the whole time. We were basically able to handle the entire project virtually, and by the time I finally got home, everything was already completed perfectly. Other contractors were quoting ridiculous prices for such a small repair area, but Jason never once tried to upsell or take advantage of the situation. I recall a time as Premier was re-roofing our garage that a piece of the roofing fell off snapping our garage door opener's line. The damage wasn't noticed until around 5pm. Gutters/downspouts and wrapping the fascia. Subcontractor used: "Exteriors by Westphalen". Job…read moretotal about $1600 and apparently not worth the company paying too much attention to the job. A half inch gap between two joining pieces of facia on one side and on the other the downspout hole was placed a good inch too far inboard resulting in the downspout resting hard against the trim. Note the downspouts are mounted a quarter inch from the house courtesy of the mounting brackets, and that's good, but they put the hole in the gutter for the downspout too close to the side of the house... Meh, pictures are worth a thousand words and yes I took pictures. Don stated the Westphalen guy told him he'd do whatever it took to make me (customer) happy when I showed the problems to him after installation. Long, long story short, the Westphalen guys came out today to fix and 1) Gap still there. 2) They moved the gutter a little but not enough to fix problem of inappropriate gutter/house trim contact. At first, Don at OG & S tried to convince me the downspout placement was "normal", took me 15 minutes to convince him I knew better... Talk about trying to save a buck, customer be dam_ed! When we decide to side this house we will NOT use Omaha Gutter & Siding. Do what you can to see if whatever company you choose uses "Exteriors by Westphalen" and if they do, RUN. Oh, never mind the initial "forgot to call you backs", etc, I tell ya, I will not use these guys again.

My husband hired Fencing Company of Omaha to remove a wood fence and install a vinyl fence, I have…read morephotos of the incomplete work and screenshots of the conversations and ultimately threats of legal action if I don't remove my posts. Troy hired them on May 10, 2025 and paid Matthew $3200. We did not hear from them for the remainder of May, all of June, and July. Nothing. I called the company on Tuesday Aug 26 and spoke to a female that stated she would give Matthew a message. She called back and advised that the crew would start at the end of the following week, and OPPD would have to come out and mark the lines (OPPD had already been out and marked the line on 2 previous occasions). They started the removal on 9/4/25, on 9/5/25 they started putting in posts. I called and left a message on 9/5/25 when I arrived home to advise Matthew that some of the posts were not in the correct place as he and Troy discussed . He stated the contract says remove/replace nothing about moving the fence but that his crew advised him they were short posts. He agreed to have his crew remove the posts. I told him I would send him pictures. On September 8th at 7:28 AM, Matthew sent me a text from a different number and asked that I send the pics to that number. I sent the pictures with exactly where the gates should be on the East and West sides of the house. They moved the posts on the East side that day but not the posts on the West side. I sent Matthew another text that day at 3:13 that the posts for the West gate we still not moved, but they weren't cemented in so maybe it could be done before cemented in. He stated "I missed that. Ill tell them". They did not return until 9/18/25. On 9/17/25 Troy messaged Matthew regarding the fence/gates and Matthew stated that measurements had been completed and sent to the fabrication company. (Impossible since all of the posts were not in). On the 18th they put the post in on the West side but still did not move the gate posts back as discussed in previous texts/calls. I sent Matthew a text again and stated that I was starting to lose confidence in his business. His response at that time was to terminate the contract and refund the money that wasn't used in labor and material. (see attached photos) On the 19th I sent a message asking if he had decided not to send his crew, he stated that someone would be there. They showed up after 5:30 moved 2 posts and left. There are still missing posts, even though Matthew has stated that the measurements have been completed and the product ordered. Troy messaged Matthew on 9/23/25 at 1:21 PM asking where the company was with the fence, Matthew did not message back until the next morning at 7:32 AM stating "it's all ordered". Troy asked if he had a "done by date" and Matthew stated he would follow up. 9/26/25 at 9:49 PM Troy messaged again and questioned how all of the measurements could have been sent as all the posts still were not in. When pushed with numbers, screenshots, and emails Matthew decided to end the contract. Now he stated that we owe him money even though a week or so ago he stated he would end the contract and refund. If you're thinking about hiring them, don't. There are plenty of other fence companies that stand by their work and treat customers with respect. This has been a complete waste of time and money, and I'm now left with an unfinished fence and the hassle of having to hire someone else to clean up their mess. Photos added for proof
