Didn't know the brand but knew it was purchased there. Didn't receive much help locating but found it myself. Gina Culprit quoted me a price that was higher than anywhere else online (and later found a local place cheaper as well) and a shipping cost that doubled the price. I asked her if she did a military discount or price matching because I found it cheaper elsewhere. She told me "to buy it there, then." I asked her if I did something to irritate her, she responded "I'm working on a different $7,300 job and you're bickering over $0.50." Actually, Gina, I'm bicker about your price being 30-40% more expensive that even a local competitor.
