We checked on the local cabinet makers around the Wichita Falls area and read all of the reviews. I had a few of the cabinet makers come out and quote the job. Dave with Koebel Brothers was my first contact with Koebel Brothers cabinetry. Dave is a very personable and very knowledgeable person. When talking with Dave, it is very apparent that he believes in their product. We chose to use Koebel Brother's cabinets. We met with Dave several times to come up with a custom design that would fit our needs for usability along with the design for aesthetics. Once we settled on the final design we were kept in the loop as far as the delivery and installation date. Dave and his brother Danny were the ones who installed our cabinets. They were very professional and very meticulous about their work. We did choose for them to build paint ready cabinets. In the design of the cabinets we were given the choice of stain grade or paint grade. With the price of wood being what it is now, it was better on our pocketbook to go with the paint grade. It was offered for them to do the painting of the cabinets and we did decline that particular process. I'm very familiar with painting so I opted to paint the cabinets myself. My wife and I feel that we absolutely made the best choice in using Koebel Brothers for our cabinets. Thank you Dave and Danny for building us cabinets that we are proud to have in our home. For anybody reading this review, have no doubt that Danny and Dave will help design what you want and build exactly what you want and need. They will build it to a very high standard that will make you proud of your choice.

It was a painful experience trying to find a granite or marble countertop that they actually had in…read morestock from the beginning. I went through thirteen; yes thirteen, different selections before we actually found one that they had in stock to cut a small 16.4 sqft section out of on 1-20-2021. Only to then be E-mailed a week later on 1-28-2021 by Jordan Rogers saying they had made an error and I would yet again need to come in and make a different selection. Once my new selection was confirmed on 2-3-2021 I was finally given an installation date. Of which was delayed by S&H three times until finally they came to install my countertop on 3-12-21. During the process they immediately punctured a section of wall with a prybar. Installed the backsplash and caulked partially over the damage before only making me aware of this as they were leaving. When I contacted them about this issue I was promptly dismissed with a E-mail from Chelsea Eaton saying this sort of thing is considered "incidental damage" and apparently acceptable to them. I will now have to pay several hundred dollars to an independent contractor to come remove my brand new backsplash installed by S&H, have a section of sheetrock cut from the way, replaced, re-textured, and repainted to fix it properly due to this.

Everything went fine until the (contract) installer came. On the quote I was charged $500 for floor and subfloor removal. The installer didn't know anything about it and then proceeded to argue that I would be opening a can of worms if they were to remove the flooring. After calls back to Breegle I did get him to remove the flooring but not the subfloor. As a result my kitchen floor is about 1&1/2" higher than the floor that butts up to it. Looks horrible and definitely a toe stubber! Not happy at all and when complained again all they said was "oh is it too high?". Duh!

He recently painted my shed to match the roofline and overall look of my house, and he also sealed the inside of the shed -- and the difference is night and day. Before, the shed looked tired and unfinished. Now it looks intentional, clean, and like it actually belongs on the property. The exterior paint came out smooth and even, the color match is spot-on, and the roofline work really tied everything together visually.
