Be warned, this is NOT an actual ups store. How he got the sticker I don't know, but they are not an authorized ups store. The only one there is a access point at CVS. Dropped off a box a 9 on Saturday morning, 2 day air, very important part for a customer. It has sat there until 11:22 Monday morning, when my wife went and picked it up. The rude man behind the counter told my wife that air does not pick up on Saturday, which is a lie. An actual ups store 2 day air is picked up at 2 on Saturdays. He also does not scan in packages, he said the driver does it. The actual ups store does scan it. I will be contacting ups over him having the sign on his door. This package should have been in Oklahoma today. But instead, it's still here in abilene. Go to the store on S 14th, they are atleast an actual ups store, and even said air picks up on Saturday. This store is a fraud. It will be interesting to see what ups has to say, even the 14th store dosent understand how they have a ups sticker on their door. read more

I HATE going to this place, they are so rude and snippy every time I have gone in there. I will only use them if I have a pre-paid package that I only have to drop off. You better make sure that your package and label are taped securely and exactly the right way because they will charge you for any piece of their supplies that has to be used and they will act like you're the biggest inconvenience of their day for not doing it correctly. It's not just a lemon employee or someone having a bad day. I have been in there multiple times and been helped by different people and I always walk away thinking "I hate this place!" The only reason I've gone multiple times is because it's the closest to my work and sometimes I'm just short on time. read more

I have had it with this place. The man who owns it is the most surly, unapologetically unhelpful person on the planet. I have no idea how they stay in business, except that they are in a convenient location. I wanted to mail a package with signature confirmation. He lied to my face and said that USPS doesn't do that any more. What? I think he either was too lazy to find the right label or he doesn't have them so he just lied. Rude. Incompetent. I agree with the rest of the reviews... The man is as rude and unfriendly as they get ... I asked the cheapest way to send a pkg one day and it wasnt even that big or heavy , he said 31.00 I said oh hell no... took it to elsewhere and got it mailed for 6.00.. I ask him if he can fax something he huffs and puffs.. His wife is very nice but not always there when im there or id ask if she could help me.. Its like God i hate you people..
