He told me and my wife that it was the paint company fault due to not prepping the woodwork correctly and when it comes down to it, he said the company that did the painting is his biggest customer and he's not gonna throw anything at them because they bring him a lot of money so Mitch lied to us to protect the painting company that he said it was their fault so I would stay away from this guy and the Sherwin-Williams on industrial Boulevard because they are very dishonest . Mitch is one of the worst of the worse that I've dealt with customer service .
