Waited 30 minutes with another couple waiting to view the property who did the same thing with the confirmation call that they had arrived, then we got a text saying "Thank you for viewing the property". I am perfectly fine with things coming up and people not being able to make it but please, don't waste people's time. If this was a mistake and something fell through the cracks, please let me know.

Apparently the person at legacy in charge of calling for maintenance is away from her office. No one else is available to help with the issue. they are fed up with complaints and are being extremely rude about it or just not answering the phone. But if rent is past due, that staff is available to harass tenants at all hours. Need help getting service restored. Tenants cannot afford to go to hotels during this triple digit weather. Next complaint is going to the County's environmental health department hopefully they can help.
