      Wow, the person below must have had a better experience than I did!…read more I bought my first car off these horrible people in 2008. The car had just passed an MOT a few weeks earlier. I was on my first drive in it when it over heated, I just let my dad put some water in it. Then on my second journey I heard a loud pop. I took it to a garage. Found it needed a new radiator, a new sump, 2 new brake pipes (dangerous), various welding and a shock absorber. My dad phoned MD Motors to reject the car as we had had it under 14 days. He was literally laughed at and told by Mr Delveccio to F off. We ended up in court with them. Awful place. Judging by the review below though they might have bucked their ideas up!

I tried a few months later as it is my local dealer however again, slightly rude & uninterested with no follow up. I'm sticking to travelling out of town to go to an authorised dealer elsewhere.

      I took my BMW here twice for repairs; both times it was returned with additional things broken…read morewhich had absolutely not been broken before it went in. The prices are a little high, but add to that damaging the car while in their care (and making no effort to make good on that damage) and they are a place to avoid. I have returned to making a very long round trip to an independent BMW specialist garage I trust in Bristol, as I simply can't trust Dick Lovett Swindon not to cause more harm than they solve.
