He does landscaping, but also hauls away debris and also helps with some hobs inside the home for mi or repairs as well. I was happy to work with him and appreciate him doing a good job. Jay didn't have a ladder to cut the hedges properly, nor did he clean up after the job. Instead, he proceeded to mulch all of the trimmings and blow the leftover in my neighbor's yard and in the street. I had to go back and finish the clean up. It wasn't worth the money. I advise you to be specific when negotiating the service.

I called every day that week and couldn't get anyone to tell me when they would finish the job. When they never completed the job, I cancelled their services. For well over a month they continued to come and mow my lawn while I was at work and then bill me for it. I emailed with them both as J's and Neighborhood services and not only did they continue to send people to my house even after I threatened to charge back my card, they continue to bill me AFTER I complained multiple times. I'll be claiming this as fraudulent because they're clearly scammers. I found them because they left a small flyer in my mail and I picked them because I thought I was supporting a local business.
