We live in a 55 and over community with HOA that was supposed to cover snow removal. They've been…read morethe worst I've ever seen. All they do is drop salt on top of newly fallen snow saying the salt will melt it. I have yet to see them shovel our porch and sidewalk. They came out last week after numerous calls from our HOA president. But they had the blade on their four wheeler too low and it tore up our road. We are down to mud and potholes in parts. Now we have to wait until spring to repair the road with money out of our own pockets. It's a muddy mess right now. The guy across from us is 80 years old and he's been shoveling his driveway. My husband has congestive heart failure and has had to go out and shovel. If they can't do snow removal the way it's supposed to get done for a condominium complex, they shouldn't have taken the job.

The person that was plowing had gotten angry because I stopped not infront of him but behind him about a good 30 feet to drop someone off. It took only less then 5 minutes. He decided that the perfect thing to yell out of his window was "got a reason to park there. What the f@$k!" At the person that I was dropping off. The thing is that i just dropped him off and I need to get to work because I myself was in a hurry so i was not just sitting there just chilling. He was hired to plow the the snow not to yell at the customers in the plaza. I will be contacting the plaza manager to make sure they are aware of the people they hire to do a job at there place of business. Very in professional and I hope u will speak to the rude inpatient and anger carrying staff u have hired to represent ur company.

The guy who came out was courteous and I looked forward to getting an estimate so that I could move forward with my project. One week went by....no calls. Two weeks went by....no calls. So, I called and spoke with a female who said that she would get ahold of the estimator and get back with me. Another week went by....no calls. So, I called again and left a message with someone who appeared to be taking calls during the lunch hour. He said he would give them the message and they would call back. Another week....no calls. I guess if they didn't think the job was profitable enough, maybe they should have at least had the courtesy to let me know so I could get another estimate. Now weeks have passed by and I have to start all over again with new estimates. They were not reliable at all when it came to returning my calls and I never even got an estimate for the work. I am a businessman too. Good luck running a business that way. You'll be out of business once word gets around.

Today I saw on the ring cam that they were cleaning up the mulch on the side of my front walk back off the cement into the bed near my bushes which is not something we discussed, or I had asked them to do.
