They were also an hour and a half late picking up my mom from the hospital. The driver said he couldn't accept cash and left without us paying. We called the "owner/manager" and left a voicemail asking how we are supposed to pay him. He then calls me back telling me I was supposed to pay the driver. I told him we tried, but his driver wouldn't take it. This is the worst place I've ever dealt with. Rude and unprofessional. Don't use them.
