Where do we start? - When we decided we wanted to buy an investment property in Vegas, we did some Yelp research and we selected Allison, based on her glowing Yelp reviews. We reached on and received a very quick response (a great sign). This is my third time buying and selling my house in Las Vegas. Allison would also be my third agent. I tend to juggle multiple projects at once so I really need an agent that can be attentive when I need them. The attribute I like most about Allison is that she is honest. I am renting a condo which is under their management I have been without hot water for one week. I went into office. I filled out a form asking for someone to come and look at the hot water heater. Someone came out on Thursday morning. Here it is Monday morning. I haven't heard back from them. I went into the office this morning. I was told as always there at lunch. That was 2 1/2 hours ago. No one's lunch last that long. I am unable to get any help with this problem. Having no hot water let me tell you that's not good I called Nevada resolution disputes. I was told that unless you were low income, you have to pay for a lawyer. Very disappointed with their lack of compassion I truly call this living under a slumlord. I left my name and number and told them my situation in the office where everyone was out to lunch and steel no phone call. I can't believe in this day and age, knowing the law that you cannot go without hot water for any longer than 48 hours but as you can see it way over 48 hours it's over a week. Still no phone call please think twice about using this office. I would never recommend anyone go through this. I really want to give zero stars. read more

I moved to Vegas! And I love Allison. She wasn't a referral or anyone we had heard of. I legit found her on Instagram. My husband and I both agreed we didn't want to break up with a friend's friend as our first step in our new town. So I typed in some random Vegas realtor hashtags and found this gem. Allison drove all over Las Vegas and Henderson for us while we were gone. We shamefully asked her to take videos of quite a few homes. And she did it. With a smile in her voice. She was everything I expected: down to earth, honest, knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and available. I'm pretty sure her kind doesn't exist elsewhere. read more
