I love the fact that she is very attentive and takes the time to listen to what we were looking for in our "dream home" but still stay well within our budget. She's always there to answer our questions, no matter how crazy or off the wall the question might seem. During our home searching process, not once did we feel like she didn't want to take us to look for homes. It wasn't like "okay, the doors unlocked, take a look and let me know what you think." No, no, no...she came in, explained a bit about the house, the good and the bad. After being a great Tennant for 12 months & giving them to issues, the company mislead me & lied about the date my lease ended causing me to leave the property early & now obtaining a lawyer. This place is unprofessional and knew they did not want to help us with our home search. We completed the application and paid the fees as requested and inquired about TWO properties. They did not even bother contacting us to keep us updated. Property management places are a dime a dozen here and you should exhibit excellent service to people. The email they send says applications are on a first come first serve which is a lie because after we completed everything and looked at the property (we live next door to) they still showed the house after taking our money. Nothing was returned to its original place, he removed front glass door spring and took it with him, he posted our private phone numbers, my cats were traumatized, glass trophies and candles were knocked over. Close to 5 years ago a mutual friend mentioned the team to me so I called them up and they went to work. Anna successfully negotiated the sale of my underwater house, which took over a year and a half. She then offered to find me a rental and did not stop until I was happy and my family was in a home. Again she negotiated the lease, saving me hundreds of dollars a month over the landlords asking price. we lived there for 3 years. Late last year the landlord sold the house and the new owner gave me 30 days. The week before Thanksgiving. So I called Anna and Mike again. We talked about the pros and cons of renting another house and the pros and cons of buying. Neither sounded great. With the rising market a rental may get sold after a year, then I'm back at square one having to move. The recovering market had also taken a lot of the affordable inventory out of play. I mean, we've been here before right? It's supply and demand, not rocket science, but Mike and Anna's knowledge, recent transaction experiences and trend data were invaluable to the conversation. Jumping back into that pool was pretty scary. Either way, the clock was ticking and we had to pack and move. She came through, we got the house for just a bit over our budget and I am so happy.
