They claim that they're willing to take returns for up to two years. Even if you damaged the product. Go ahead. Bring it back to them and expect a full refund. That's their policy. Because that's what they're trying to pull on one of their suppliers, trying to return a product they damaged after 2 years of it letting it sit in the sun. Or something. I mean, come on. Or, what was received looked like a child with absolutely no supervision, guidance, or training in floral arranging bundled together a handful of flowers (I'd have certainly attached a photo of the finished product had I received one, as I'd requested telephonically with their Cust. Service Agent prior to the delivery). The photo would have served as confirmation of the delivery, the timeliness of my same-day-delivery request, & the quality of the finished product. Now, I see clearly why I received absolutely nothing; it's called "scamming".

Just looked at the site yesterday. There was a banner at the bottom stating there were 2 + days left to order for Mother's Day. Too bad. They just lost a $200 order & a repeat customer.
