Great farm I was driving down the road when I seen the pumpkin patch . I decide to go in and see how much the pumpkin where being sold for. Great prices and great people. I even got some butternut squash. I will return.

Just grabbed some fresh veggies and (of course) corn on the cob!

Some of the best corn I've ever had whenever we have gone to pick some out at the farmers market, highly recommend :)

Some of the stands aren't actually from farms (from what I hear) but just people that buy large quantities of produce and go to market to sell it. I didn't buy anything from those guys. I DID, however, buy from a bunch of different families/farmers. It was so wicked cool! I was really overwhelmed by the size of the setup and the number of stands. I most appreciated the guys that offered samples of their fruits and veggies. In fact, I wound up just saying "yes" to buying everything they fed me as I took each euphoric bite. I'm not gonna lie... not all of the vendors are very friendly. I actually felt that the majority were not so. That was a bit of a letdown. But I spent enough time passing through the lanes and chatting with a handful of people that I still had a warm and welcoming experience. The market is open Friday and Sunday from about 7 or 8 am until about 4 or whenever they pack up and will run to October. I know where I will be doing my shopping for the next couple of months!

Unlike attractions that focus primarily on children's playgrounds and entertainment, this farm is all about the experience of harvesting fresh, naturally grown fruit yourself. It's a true working farm where the emphasis is on quality produce, delicious farm-made treats, and supporting local agriculture. The berries are incredibly fresh, and the homemade desserts, baked goods, and apple cider are absolutely delicious. You can really appreciate the care and passion that goes into everything they grow and prepare. If your goal is to enjoy nature, pick your own fruit, and support a genuine local farm, this is the place to visit. It's a refreshing experience that reminds you what farm-fresh food is all about. Supporting local Canadian farmers is always worth it. We'll definitely be back!

It is on a first come first serve basis and if you go early in the morning, it will be less crowded and you will have more privacy while picking the strawberries. We bought 2 large baskets and spent almost an hour exploring the farm and picking our strawberries. I tasted a few and they were very delicious and was wondering to myself why we pay so much for market strawberries that don't taste half as good. On the way out, we went inside the market and bought some of their products and also enjoyed our sundae with fresh strawberries. It is a nice experience for the families, especially if you have kids.

Service was friendly. The reason why I'm docking all these stars is because it smelled so terribly when we were there, it was overwhelming, and it dampened all the fun. Either it is extremely strong manure, or from the compost place across the street. It was so pungent, and I would not return for this reason alone.

From what I can tell, it's a real farmer's market selling produce from actual farms. It has a nice vibe. However, it's not affordable in any way. Ears of corn were $1ea, Beefsteak Tomatoes were $2ea. Maybe worth it to get some special ingredients, but not for your regular week's haul. It does have a nice vibe with live music. The rest of the parking is open as usual, so there's free parking.

Each year I come here (and I've been visiting since it first started, around 2011 or so), there's always something new and unique to see. The market is held in the parking lot right next door to the LCBO (at Elmwood and Lakeshore), and consists of a good 20 or so vendors. It may not be as big as the City Centre Farmers' Market, but there's always plenty of selection. My favorite things are the Artisan's Row section (where local artists and craftsmen offer their works at some really good prices), the La Villa Bakery tent where you can buy freshly-made pastries (don't tell Johnny that I've pigged out on the egg croissants more than once) and the local hot dog vendor. Not to mention that there's usually live entertainment, workshops and plenty of unique things like artisan jams, soap, homemade condiments and much more. It's one of my favorite places to visit in the village during the summer for many reasons, not the least of which being that I know a lot of the people who work with the Port Credit BIA and enjoy catching up with them. Ellen and the team always do a great job, and the market has proven to be a sort of unofficial weekly meeting place for people all throughout the village. If you haven't checked it out yet, you're doing yourself a disservice. Come check it out one of these weekends (up until the beginning of October). I guarantee you'll find something you like. Highly recommended.

To be honest, I'm generally there late afternoon when it's a bit late to order from it, but it all looks good. I'll have to try and visit at lunch time. There are some groceries; however selection is quite limited. I don't think I'd allow it to affect the rating though since you can't expect a place like this to have everything given their size and aim. Maybe a '4.5', but will bump it up since their bakery is just that good.

It's a little grocery store market, with fresh EVERYTHING. They have a small little deli area where you can customize your own sandwich. The bread... oh the bread. I could have slapped some butter on that and gone home it was so fresh. The owners are amazingly friendly and helpful. The gentleman owner (John I heard someone call him) jokingly wouldn't let my buddy put cheddar on his proscuitto sandwich, LOL Who requests that anyway. Instead, John suggesting provolone. The owner was of course, spot on with his suggestion. They have fantastic oils, marinades, dips, and a whack of hot baked food... like chicken parm etc.. The pizza slices looked incredible and you can easily tell they are homemade from scratch. No store bought out of a can stuff here on that 'za. Drool. They sell a whack of local produce, and I really just wanted to buy everything in the store as everything looked so appetizing and fresh. I highly suggest you seek this beautiful little market out if you're up for a drive. They also have a lovely selection of flowers out front that make this little market that much more charming.
