We found this frustrating, especially since we had a pre-authorization form that clearly outlined our original order--contrary to their claims that our request had not been discussed. Allrush suggested that responsibility was "50/50" and mentioned they didn't want to "point fingers," yet they denied the solutions we proposed. They refused to remake the order at no cost, despite our documented proof, and instead offered a partial refund or asked us to pay the difference--stating the correct items would be significantly more expensive. We also acknowledged and apologized for any miscommunication on our end, but part of the confusion stemmed from a lack of clarity in their order process. Specifically, the decoration method was not clearly labeled; it was only represented by an abbreviated checkbox that we did not recognize or understand. Overall, we were disappointed with how the situation was handled--particularly the defensiveness and the reluctance to take accountability. I've dealt with All Rush for several years and have never, not once been met with a problem or concern. Not for scheduling print jobs, not for pricing, pick up or delivery or quality. They've been nothing but fair and honest in all of their dealings with me and I would recommend them to anyone in a heart beat.
