I had to stand outside in 100 degree heat until 12:42, when the assistant who unlocked the door told me in a nasty tone of voice that they were at lunch until 12:45. That info was not in the paperwork they sent me nor was it posted on the door. I never saw a doctor, just some technician named Alexis who couldn't have been more rude and uncaring. She didn't read my medical file or the paperwork I brought in, refused to check on the mask I was consulting her about, and kept telling me to go see various other medical professionals that I had already seen. Obviously this dump, which is associated with Norman Regional, is a scam operation. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

I haven't found another ENT that was so personable and that's why he did my septoplasty and taken care of my ears. Yesterday, he dos my Inspire implant and his surgery skills are great as well. Last Wednesday Urgent care sent me to the ER for an uncontrollable nose bleed. The ER packed my…read morenose and made an appt for me with Dr. P for first thing Monday morning to have the packing removed. I showed up on time but the office staff we insistent that the $40 co pay had to be paid before I could be seen. When I asked if I could pay it a week from tomorrow or be billed the office manager came out and said no. The signs were posted and without payment I would not be seen. They suggested I return to the ER to have the packing removed. They offered to charge my credit card half the copay for a future visit. I said no. They said they asked the dr and he said without payment I would not be seen. I was in tears. I managed to pay the $40 and by this time it was about 10 mins after 8. I was told to have a seat I would have to be "worked in" since it was past my appt time. The dr removed the packing and looked at my nose said he found a growth and would like to biopsy it in a few weeks and that he prefer I come back to him and not the ER. At the end of the appt I tried to apologize to the dr for the payment issue. He looked me straight in the eye and said "well you know this is a business". During the treatment he was talking about how his new tractor hit his air conditioning unit over the weekend. I was humiliated and embarrassed and in pain. I will not go back to this office or ENT. They were not kind nor compassionate nor understanding.

I'm giving this two stars because the sweet girl at the front desk and a nice intake nurse. But I…read morewould not go back there. I would try either another urgent care facility or just go to the emergency room. My daughter was having a severe allergic reaction, which had lasted two days with a red rash and hives all over her body. We couldn't control it with Benadryl. There was only one other person in the waiting room when got there, but it took us over three hours. Both the last nurse nurse and doctor on staff that night were rude to us. We waited over an hour before we were taken back to a room, and then we waited about an hour in the room to see the doctor. During that time the doctor and the nurse kept coming into the room and then leaving the room. Once the doctor came and stayed to see my daughter, he spent less than five minutes with us and didn't seem to know any of the long history or information we had given to the intake nurse. he abruptly cut me off, took a quick look at her and said he would give her a steroid shot, A steroid prescription, and a prescription antihistamine. She was also throwing up, so at my request, he prescribed some Zofran. And, as an afterthought, and he prescribed an EpiPen in case it got worse after she left. When I asked him if he can tell us what was wrong, he said, "no", we would have to see an allergy specialist. I told him I wasn't sure about the steroid shot but we would take a prescription for one so if it wasn't better by the next day and we felt she still needed it, she could take it. He promptly left and didn't return. After waiting for about an hour for the prescriptions, I was afraid they had forgotten about us, so I went looking for someone to ask about them. I spotted the doctor coming out of another room and asked him about the prescriptions. He said the nurse was busy, but she would be coming at some point. When she finally came in, she was rude, and ignored me. We had some questions about the medications, but she couldn't answer them. We asked if we could speak to the doctor, but she said, "no" that he was with other patients. So we left to find a doctor again. We caught him in the hallway again. This is where he got extremely rude. I tried to ask him about the steroid prescription and he got all defensive, claiming that I didn't want steroids anyway. He gave my daughter 15 days of prednisone at 120 mg per day for four days, 60 mg, for another four days, and 30 mg for another 3 days. I asked him why it was so much and so long, he just said that's the way he does it without explaining why he does it that way. I continued to press him about why he was giving her such a large dose, and I asked if there was a smaller dose. When I asked him about the side effects of steroids he responded in a huff, "haven't you taken steroids before?" I responded she had only been given steroids once before in an IV and had not ever had a full course of them prescribed. He was extremely put out by having to have any discussion about possible side effects and about a smaller dose. Eventually, we agreed on Medrol, a smaller dose for five days and only less than 20 mg per day in weaning down. I felt patronized, belittled, and I did not feel comfortable with our treatment or ability to understand the medication that he was prescribing.
