Trashed our trailer and truck, but couldn't go anywhere because truck windshield was smashed. Tried Safelite, could get an appointment in LaGrande for Sept, 29th at there shop. I had given my info to local towing company, SPS, who passed it on to Greg. He said he would get the glass and try to fix our windshield on Monday the 15th. Got a call from him on Sunday, the 14th, saying he would be there in a few minutes. He replaced our windshield and made arrangements with several others stranded in the park. Very reasonable price, much less than the national brand! Local service at its absolute best!! Can't say enough good things about Greg and his business model!!! Was advised to go to a dealership, that a windshield replacement wouldn't do that. The dealership confirmed Safelite did in fact cause it and over $1,000 later Safelite will not reimburse because they didn't see the damage. The dealership service member explained to them on the phone what they did as well as write a statement. Safelite said they couldn't reimburse because they didn't fix it, even though I called them first to fix it and was dismissed. The windshield wipers they also replaced, flew off the very first use.
