Was advised to go to a dealership, that a windshield replacement wouldn't do that. The dealership confirmed Safelite did in fact cause it and over $1,000 later Safelite will not reimburse because they didn't see the damage. The dealership service member explained to them on the phone what they did as well as write a statement. Safelite said they couldn't reimburse because they didn't fix it, even though I called them first to fix it and was dismissed. The windshield wipers they also replaced, flew off the very first use.

I know in 2006 I got the windshield replaced by Thru-way Autoglass in Syracuse, NY, and it was TERRIBLE (beveled in and they refused to make it right). So, I felt it was kind of a crap shoot with getting someone. I chose Sims Glass because of the proximity to my house and the cost (it fit within the insurance coverage). I couldn't have been more pleased! Within a two-day period I got both my Accord and Suburban windshields replaced. They used a quality glass, offered me a ride to and from their establishment, etc. It's small. It's unassuming. But the people here do a good job and take pride in their work and in their work product. THANK YOU!

Welp, I was following a truck too closely on the highway I guess, and my car got hit by a big rock…read morethat immediately cracked the windshield. I stayed calm and kept driving into town.. and watched for the last 45 minutes of my Seattle-Walla Walla trip as the crack grew, and grew, and grew. Economy Glass was easy for this tourist to find, so I drove there first thing. The employees were really nice and tried very hard to find a replacement for my newish Subaru windshield. Nothing was in stock for about a 100 mile radius, so they tried to fix my crack with some sort of epoxy or (?) They only charged me $80, and while the epoxy didn't end up working (the crack still grew a bit) I was happy with the service and the attempt to fix it, and I felt like this was a trustworthy business. The people were SO nice. Hopefully I won't need another windshield repair or replacement on my next visit to Walla Walla, but if I do, I'll return to Economy Glass!

The Kennewick shop (on Clearwater) during a mobile install, incorrectly installed my F150…read morewindshield. They attempted to repair the first install at the shop. During the second install, they reinstalled the same windshield (did not use the OEM windshield they had on hand.) The second install was done very poorly. The seal on the top of the windshield would not allow water to drain appropriately. And during the second install they also caused damage to the A-pillar and cowling.
