The team took the time to walk me through various options and find the right solution for the space. The LVT looks fantastic, and I was especially impressed with the hardwood refinishing. They restored the old floors beautifully and achieved an excellent match with the existing wood flooring. Despite mixed flooring, they did an excellent job making the floor feel seamless and intentional throughout the apartment. Everyone I worked with was patient and professional throughout the process. Melissa was incredibly helpful with all of the co-op paperwork, which I especially appreciated since this was my first co-op renovation. Angelo was on time for the estimate and helped me work through different options and narrow down the right LVT samples. Dave was outstanding from early talks to managing the day-to-day work - he was communicative, responsive, and always willing to answer questions. He also helped select a stain that blended beautifully with the existing floors. All of the work crews were punctual, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. Throughout the project, everyone at Spagnoli was incredibly accommodating and always took the time to address questions and concerns, making the renovation process much less stressful. I had spoken with 10+ contractors and narrowed my search down to two flooring companies. Had a better feeling about Spagnoli, and I'm so glad I stuck with my gut and chose them. The craftsmanship, communication, and customer service were outstanding from start to finish, and I would gladly work with them again on any future flooring projects.

They also put dirty .99 reused drop cloths over my expensive furnishings -- that's how cheap this outfit is when they easily could have bought new plastic coverings for each day's work. We are so happy with how it turned out!!! It's absolutely beautiful. They did the job so fast and were so accommodating. I was short one package of tile so they lent me a car to go buy it so that they could continue working. They were super nice and easy to work with. We are now thinking that we need more tile work done for our slop sink area and will definitely be calling Goxhaj Construction to do the work. Seriously the best.

The service is great for commercial or residential jobs. Just make sure to call the center between 7am-11am, because they don't answer their phone after 11am. If no one picks up, they're more responsive to text than voice mail. Also, if you're looking for a skilled worker, I recommend calling a day or two in advance. For general labor, though, they almost always have workers on hand. Overall highly recommend!!

They are hard workers and know their trades. Much better to hire out of this center as they make sure you are getting someone with the skills you need who act professionally as they want to stay in the good graces of the center so they are continued to be called. Unless you really are a bastard who wants to exploit, this place and set up really is a win win for everyone. If you are willing do provide tools, materials and a little legwork projects will cost you much much less using these guys over a contractor... just remember you are hiring labor, not a company to take care of everything so keep that in mind when setting your expectations. Plan your projects carefully make sure you have what is needed then hire a few of these great guys to execute it.
