DO NOT bring your car here if you have any problem besides broken glass. Our window regulator is out so my sister Brought her car here because they said they can fix it. They took it in and basically were told it might be the switch. They said they cant test it but thats their best guess. How can you not test it first off? All it takes is a multi meter, a 20 dollar tool at harbor freight. I asked them that and the rude woman at the front as well as the temu technician that they hired said they dont have multi meters or any tool to actually test it. So now were out $600 dollars and nothing has been resolved. Like if you were gonna guess, why did you charge me 50 to "check door" ?? also have the entire reaction recorded in case any higher ups wanna say other wise. My granddaughter's driver's side window was shattered by something on the road an 18 wheeler spit out. She had glass everywhere inside of her car. She immediately took her vehicle to Allstate Glass on Red Tip Rd. This was Friday afternoon when we dropped her car off. Monday, he car was ready. They did not vacuum all the glass out of her car. She had slivers of glass on her driver's seat and larger pieces on the rear passenger seats as well. Very disappointed! Although I can appreciate the fact that Allstate Glass reached out to us after I posted this and offered to have someone come to us and clean the glass out, we had taken care of the situation ourselves immediately. We had a towel in the car that we put on the driver's seat and immediately drove to a car wash to vacuum the glass. She had a vet appointment for her dog that afternoon that she didn't want to be late to so we cleaned out the glass before going home to pick up the dog. They probably did clean the driver's seat, but there were still slivers of glass on and in between the leather seams. They completely overlooked the back area, both on the floor and seats, which had a fair amount of larger pieces of glass on them. read more

Called the top three reviews (after the ads) on yelp and these guys were by far the cheapest and got me in the quickest. One other company was more than 33% over and I would have had to wait an extra 8 days. The other company was about the same price but less flexible with scheduling. Everyone was very friendly on the phone. I did get a call about 45 mins prior to my morning appt saying they didn't get the molding in, but they rescheduled me for that afternoon. Despite that minor inconvenience, I'd still go back. Things rarely go to plan and they were professional and helpful throughout. No complaints about the windshield, and they said if I get a chip on it they'll fix it for free (bring it in within 2 weeks if the chip, otherwise the sealant most likely won't take due to dirt/grime). read more

Dealing with ALLSTATE GLASS was heights above than Safelite Automotive Glass repair. Looking into further, almost a month ago I asked Safelite on Ramsey St. to repair my windshield and was greeted with unwelcoming and judgmental looks from the staff. Further, their demeanor gave off a frustrated and "Here we go, I have to do my job again" vibe if you will. Granted, the front desk was receiving multiple calls and a line was starting to form, but that should not deter the employee from representing the company with their best foot forward, instead they communicated their frustration through their demeanor. To add too, Safelite staff informed me that my part was not available at that time and would contact their parts department to see if they could order it and I would be contacted directly from them. However, almost a month into waiting for the call, I did not receive any contact and if they tried to contact me then no voice message or email or text was not left behind. As of 1 September 2023 8:30 a.m., I showed back up at the same Safelite shop on Ramsey St. to request service again, but this time I was met with 2 ladies that gave phenomenal customer service while working the front desk, however I was given a similar result of them needing to contact the parts department and they would contact me when the part was available. Unfortunately, my trust with Safelite was already tarnished and I sought out Allstate Glass for service and was immediately presented with class leading human kindness and lighting fast administrative services. To look into further, a young lady named Courtney immediately assisted me in eagerly finding the part for my vehicle and done so within what felt like less than a minute. Surprisingly, she offered me multiple options to allow me to choose on what I was comfortable with paying for and I absolutely was impressed with her work ethic and knowledge that she easily deployed for me and for Allstate Glass. Afterwards, I left Allstate Glass with a satisfied smile and a feeling of trust that Courtney and all of the Allstate Glass staff graciously earned from me. Even more impressive, Courtney almost immediately contacted me on my cell phone to inform me of a small hiccup she accidentally performed during my price quote, but responsibly owned up to the mishap and yet again given me impeccable customer service over the phone and corrected what honestly, in my opinion, was not a big deal. Either way, because of the experience I received today at Allstate Glass, I will be recommending Allstate Glass to all of my friends, family, and my professional network contacts. Again, I would like to thank Allstate Glass, especially Courtney, for making me feel like family and making a bad experience with Safelite into an excellent experience with Allstate Glass. Allstate Glass is excellent. Someone threw a beer bottle through the back window of my Blazer. I handled the claim through insurance and took it to Allstate for repair. I called around town first, and most shops in the area were telling me it would be 4 or 5 days to get it fixed. Allstate said they could get the part in stock that evening and have it fixed the next morning. I dropped the car off at 2 p.m. so they'd have it. I got a call at 3:30 p.m. that the part had come in early and it was finished. This same-day service really was appreciated since I had some out of town obligations. Everyone was very friendly at Allstate, and they handled my insurance claim with ease. Very communicative. I'd highly recommend this place for auto glass service. read more

Would not recommend this place, poor customer service. Called for an estimate for our store window glass, a tech was supposed to provide estimate and every time i called they would tell me the tech would give me a call back and he never did. Called to cancel estimate due to poor customer service lady who picked up sounded like she was half asleep and said ok. read more

They didn't set my window correct,that was obviously the case. But told me it was my regulator and my window won't roll much longer unless i get it replaced.Refused to look at the window after bringing it back. They didn't vaccum the broken glass. I strongly believe i wouldn't have gotten such a bad deal if i wasn't black. read more

Horrible experience. They are too busy or understaffed, it takes for ever to get the product. It all depends who will be working with you, there are some professional people, but some are not. I was unlucky to get one of their most qualified technicians who works there for many years, he cut the mirror twice and couldn't get it straight and messed up the paint on the door. Thou he was very apologetic and said that they will fix the paint, he even vacuumed after himself. Later he told his supervisor that I just didn't like how it looked. I didn't like it because it was cut uneven, 1/8 inch shorter on the button. His supervisor was full of pride and just could not believe that his technician could not cut the mirror properly and started blaming me by saying that mirror was cut straight the first time, and that he cut it second time just to satisfy me (sounds like BS, who cuts the mirror for the second time if you know you cut it straight the first time?) Supervisor said that i am complaining only because I want something for free. Extremely rude and disrespectful. Unacceptable and unprofessional. Too much ego. ALL STATE GLASS REFUSED TO FIX THE DAMAGES THEY CAUSED! I hope you have better luck with them! But better STAY AWAY! read more

Had back glass replaced in truck and it leaked and now my seat and carpet is ruin and allstate glass do not want to fix it.
