We were sold replacement cost and believed that meant matching repairs but apparently that is a different rider known as wrap around or something. Now that Donius took over Patterson I would run for the hills before working with this company. The adjuster told us that there should be a declination of wrap around in our file but when requested we were told there is none and they send out letters to communicate such matters. Those letters are formatted as sales brochures in our opinion and did not help anyone understand these nuances. Our very first claim in those 30 years and all we are getting are delays and denials and the adjuster hounding contractors that did come to estimate.

When I needed to add my wedding bands to my policy, it wouldn't go through for months. I was only ever notified by mail of the problems and was never reached out to in an attempt to rectify the situation. Then, after we bought a home I tried to cancel my policy. It has taken me MONTHS to cancel a policy for an apartment that we haven't lived in for over a month and it is still not resolved. State Farm does not allow you to cancel the policy via their customer service line so I have been playing back and forth with the agent to try to get this resolved. In the two years I've worked here, I believe I've worked with over four people to help me (new people every few months) and I have only been in contact with Felix once. When working through refinancing this year his office was called (because they were the old agent on the homeowners) and no answer however they returned an email saying "we don't insure this property or this person" I have been with State Farm for 25 years and continue to be insured however no longer through this agent. There is no reason that Felix and his associates couldn't have said yes he is insured through State Farm but I'm no longer his agent. Very very un professional. This guy gets a 1star review because I can't leave a no star review. It's based on professionalism, response time and the ability to get a hold of someone.
