This agent is the worst and this is why I changed: 1. Staff including Sally not available to take phone calls - leave a message constantly. 2. Staff including Sally does not return calls promptly - unless you consider 1 to 2 days later is "OK" but I do not. 3. Staff including Sally is not knowledgeable on insurance products (there were errors of omission in what they did NOT tell me that I should have known! There were policy/coverage details I was never informed of that ended up costing me. 4. Errors of omission - I called specifically on more that one occasion to lower my payments overall. I was never told about a simple procedure to sign up for ebill and epolicy on the Allstate site that would save me 15%. Instead I was told I could get a gas pedal "monitor" which I found an offensive idea! 5. Staff including Sally does not have my best interest at heart (my opinion based on the above and other scenarios). It seems like the agency is on auto-pilot while the staff including you know who are preoccupied with other things. Maybe they are selling new policies - isn't that where the money is???? 6. I have only written 2 harsh Yelp reviews ever but this one deserves my attention so there you go.

Wish I could give no stars. Called for a battery charge at 3pm. Called at 5:30 for an update. Told…read moreI would hear back in 10-15 minutes. Heard nothing. Called at 6:45 and was told the road service technician would call me. Never happened. Called at 7:40 and was told they were really busy in Ohio do they were giving no ETA's. Also signed up for text message updates and got none. Boyfriend uses another service which he called at 8:15pm. The got here at 9:45 and called twice before arriving with ETAs and apologies for it taking so long. At 10:45 I called AAA back to cancel the service and asked to be called by a supervisor tomorrow to get my membership fee reimbursed. My membership expires in March and this was the first call I had into them in years and I never got the service I requested. I know I sound angry and I am especially after I explained to them on each call that I had a family member in the hospital I needed to go visit who is terminally ill and I missed visiting them due to my 7 hour wait that got no results.
