No business to do, no additional needs, not buying any insurance... just stopped in to say hi. And they welcomed me as a friend, like always. Another client was just leaving, with a lot of laughs and warmth and smiles. That's how it is. Because that's who they are. They become a partner and friend. You don't get this kind of service anywhere else. And yet, their prices and premiums are still competitive, often lower than anywhere else for the same insurance. Better than anyone else has offered. Best of all, they are honest and once even told me how I could get better, less expensive coverage somewhere else for a personal project. Very "Miracle on 34th Street," right? I can't believe it has taken me this long to share my experience. Guess I was inspired today. I dealt with a young lady who recently left his employ and complained about him never being in his office. Incidentally, she was the only reason I stayed with him for as long as I did. I just called anther State Farm agency nearby who answered my call immediately. So much for Bryan Eyermann. State Farm needs to De-Franchise him as he is a blemish to State Farm.

Randy who works there is incompetent and one of the major reasons I am switching as well as instead of saving me money they cost me more money in the long run. Bryan has never been in the office since I have tried to reach him and his staff is so incompetent I'm surprised this location hasn't had more complaints. If you want an agent who never picks up the phone and can't fix issues this is your location. If you actually want to talk to someone choose a different agent. For the 100+ calls I've made I have maybe been able to reach them 4 times with the people in the office not being able to resolve my issue and Bryan has never been there to resolve. Calling the care number they state they need the agent to fix the error. Guess what they can't reach him either! If this review helps at least one person to move to a different agent amazing.
