Greeted by very friendly staff and taken right back to get started. She reviewed all of my paperwork very carefully and asked all sorts of questions in an attempt to maximize my deductions. Very friendly as she completed all of the online paperwork and very knowledgeable. Staff worked well together and you can tell they like what they are doing. Once the completed my taxes they filed electronically and I was all wrapped up. They offer some great options for audit protection so make sure to find out the details.
