On top of that she refuses to mention that they might charge a certain percent before they return her money because she canceled the policy even though it had just been opened and they hadn't even finished closing it or hadn't even left the office. Client then asks for the customer service number to call and the Spanish speaking employee tries to help and give it to her and the owner is yelling at her telling her why is she giving the clients the number to complain . Then they start laughing at the client when she tells them she will be complaining about her office . very bad experience she's purposely located in an area full of Hispanics so she can take advantage of them. Owner needs to humble herself . Update : You are now switching your story but that's fine you should most definitely post the video so everyone can see who's lying . I would love to watch it and record it so I can have video proof of the actual service you give in person and the "great" service you claim to give. For the last 4+ years, my rates climbed every single year. Every time I called, I was told nothing could be done. Nothing. 2026 rolls around and they jack rates up again to an absurd level. The moment I call to cancel everything, suddenly Anh wants to help. Too little, too late. Here's the kicker: she can't even cancel her own policies. I had to call corporate directly to cancel. What exactly is the point of having an agent who can do absolutely nothing? I just cut my insurance costs by over $10,000 a year by walking out the door. Do NOT use Anh Vu. Do NOT use Farmer's.
