I have been a customer for 4 years now. This is the BEST insurance service ever. They provide personalized service like no one else. Once you are their customer, they provide exceptional service. Example- i was buying a car and needed insurance before possession, i requested and got the insurance in 4 hrs. Same while purchasing homeowners insurances. Rates are great as well. Staff is super friendly and treats the request with priority and always available. I have contacted them over email, whatsapp and phone. I never had to wait. I would highly recommend them instead of any online portal for insurance. I dont intend to leave anytime soon. read more

I would not go with Satwant Singh Insurance Services. I had been with them for 4 years, and they did not automatically reduce my auto insurance premium, and when I asked them for reduced premium and then they charged me less for that month, and then silently charged me more for the next month. If I was not watchful of my bills, they would have silently charged me more money every month. So I went with other insurance provider, and they charged me 15$ less for the same policy. Even though I cancelled my insurance policy one month in advance, still these guys did not cancel the recurring payments, then I had to call allied insurance guys to get back my money. These guys are doing terrible job with customer service. read more

Satwant does not directly deal with clients any more. He is having a few ladies do the services for him. Unfortunately, he was not available when I was in need of an assistance. If you are a new client or your policy renewal is coming up, he may talk with you, but once you're officially enrolled, he disappears. He, initially, gave me the best annual quote/premium for my policy, got me buy the policy and I paid full annual premium. After a month or so, he had these ladies chase me for increased premium and kept sending balance due bills continuously and threatened me with the policy termination. Later, I realized that he is in the habit of attracting clients with "low" quotes and have ladies follow up with increased premium. His service is limited till you buy the policy. It seems the insurance service is not his primary business. Very unprofessional. I do NOT recommend him to anyone. read more

I was referred to him by my friend. This service used to be very good a couple of years ago. Sadly, the service has been drastically degraded now. I'd not recommend at all now. He is not capable of delivering what he is promised to the customer. Initially, he makes the quote palatable to the customer by sugar quoting it. The irony he charges more than the actual. Highly unprofessional. The main owner will make tall claims for the best, personalized and speedy response but only until before you buy a policy. Once you do, the guy is too busy to take your calls for any queries or questions around your policy, renewals etc. A friend of mine decided to switch to a different insurance (due to better rates) and the tone and behavior completely changed. I could not believe at the first place until I experienced the same. At one point, I had referred 6-8 colleagues of mine. At this point, none of them are with this vendor. we have all of our cars insured through mr singh and he does a fabolous job of geting u best price and saves u tons of money, his office is small and can be lil bit camouflaged, its just next to taco bell( previous location next to valero gas station/now closed) his assistant kartik is equally great , whe mr. singh is not there kartik takes care of all ur problems so no worries, since i like to support our local small business i will continue to support and refer them more people. read more
