No care, No shame, No remorse all about one thing and that's how can we save the company every penny we can, they can't even properly provide roadside assistance...image that ya are all safe secure even known just ran out gas, your tire blew ann you're not sure how to fix it, or a part went out so needed a tow...now add a few kids, a pet, then imagin sitting waiting for 9 hours till your dad ,friend, or stranger helps you get things done. They never showed up, one guy was suppose come, I called him and he said well my boss said don't come so I'm bout to hop in the shower sorry...3xs 4-9 hours of sitting one time was 19* and had walk down road with blanket, two dogs, and a gas can while app kept saying in route, near by, almost there and was never even on the way...then gets better try having them cancel you after they made bunch B's claims which were never finalized or completed yet they still logged them and now ya ins to go else where is sky high. So after ya get letter they are cancelling ya (3weeks prior)in 3 weeks, ya say ok don't not take another payment out one the 3rd feb cause you are cancelling me on the 7th four days after...but the third comes ya get up check ya account and -$8 like wtf. To add the last week you sell a bunch belongings to make money live and the post on the third they hit ya account for 149$ payment and eBay post $140 which they just took all of. This company is the worst one ever had and mean ever. Like uim claims being said as collision cause don't want properly investigate cause the company to far away to do so. Like wtf
