Still waiting on a tow bill to be paid as my policy covers it. It has been two months and counting. Emailed the info three times and called their office six times about it. So after ya get letter they are cancelling ya (3weeks prior)in 3 weeks, ya say ok don't not take another payment out one the 3rd feb cause you are cancelling me on the 7th four days after...but the third comes ya get up check ya account and -$8 like wtf. To add the last week you sell a bunch belongings to make money live and the post on the third they hit ya account for 149$ payment and eBay post $140 which they just took all of. This company is the worst one ever had and mean ever. Like uim claims being said as collision cause don't want properly investigate cause the company to far away to do so. Like wtf

This is not a complaint against the local Terre Haute office of AAA this is a complaint against…read moreCalifornia Southern California AAA last night my truck my driver was in California with a problem he called AAA and was put on hold for over an hour he called me asked me if I would call AAA out here and see if I got a different call-center OK I want to tell you that I placed a call and it went through unfortunately hooked me up to AAA in the Carolinas who hooked me up with AAA in Indiana when I explained the situation they tried to put me through to California and I was put on hold for over an hour never got a response out of California my drivers finally had to take matters into your own hands and did some thing I didn't want them to do but they did it because I could never get a hold of AAA to help them I pay over $300 a year for AAA service and what I got last night from AAA of Southern California makes me want to drop AAA all together and report them to the Better Business Bureau Better Business Bureau
