We were in a pinch and i called over 15 places and only 3 called me back and McGhee was one of them, They listened to my concerns and helped me find better coverage and has assured me everything is ok and even spoke to the underwriters before hand to avoid any issues. Not only do we have better coverarge for our home and auto's it is cheaper by over 1400.00 just on the home owners alone. You can't beat McGhee, ask for Summer.

I got ahold of Debbie, unfortunately, and she told me that she was pretty busy and that she'd get it over as soon as she can... fair... so I figured I'd wait a couple of hours and call back just to make sure cuz normal agencies can get it done within the hour atleast... the 2nd call, which happened 2 hours later, she proceeded to yell at me call me expletives and tell me that it doesn't matter if she gets it to me at 10:30 or 4:30 tonight (you're an insurance Agency! Yes, timing does matter!) Then she proceeded to tell me I'm "about to feel her wrath!" Are you serious? This was disrespectful, rude, and she threatened me! WTF?!? I have talked to Ben Loper before and he's always very nice and professional but this evil witch is ruining your good name... idk who all has this insurance but until she's gone I will not be referring anyone to this agency. You reap what you sew Debbie and don't think this will be the only complaint you hear from me or anyone else you've spoke to in such a disrespectful way you rude psycho hag!
