I immediately called to update the policy with my information…read more Today, I called to review the policy and was told by Kyle that none of those updates were ever made--meaning for years, this agency failed to act on critical information I provided. This is not the first issue. Prior to my husband's passing, we had a legitimate, covered claim that the agency outright refused to submit, despite my being a licensed insurance agent and fully aware of coverage. To be clear: I never chose this agency. My husband was pushed into using them by a realtor when purchasing the home. Now, years later, Kyle finally updates the policy to reflect my information--no changes to the property, just correcting the named insureds date of birth--and the premium increases by over $400. Rather than being honest about the reason for the increase initially, he attempts to hide it by pushing a higher deductible to "offset" the difference. I've had no claims, no late payments, and have been with this company since 2009. Not once has this agency performed a policy review or offered guidance. Today's experience with Kyle was extremely rude, he gave dismissive, condescending service and a complete lack of accountability. The most horrible part of this entire scenario was I was going to increase coverages which would have raised the premium anyway, but now I am unable to do so. I would never recommend this agency to anyone.

So, I get all of the benefits and perks of a large company, with the personal attention and exemplary service of a small business. We recently purchased a new vehicle on Saturday, when the offices of my local representative were closed. However, when I sent an email to my point of contact, it was responded to within hours! This is what fantastic customer service is! I go out of my way to patronize and use locally owned small businesses. Sometimes this means that you will not always have access to some of the benefits you might get with a larger company. But again, being a locally owned office that is part of a national company is getting the best of both worlds. Wow we only have our automobiles insured through them, they also provide homeowners insurance and a myriad of other services as well. I cannot recommend them enough!
