Her behavior of threatening to force me to hold and actually doing it, declining my requests to be transferred to a manager and hanging up the phone is unacceptable. When I finally spoke with the office manager, I requested the next level of management to ensure this complaint is in writing to a higher level. I again was not given that information. So I had to use google to find Mr. White's email address to submit a written complaint.

When my previous company just randomly stopped insuring my JDM Land Cruiser, she came highly recommended by people in a car group on Facebook. I quickly found out why when she not only got me coverage for the Land Cruiser as a daily driver, but beat all competitors' rates both on my collector car policy and home policy. Within a week I switched EVERYTHING to State Farm for one consolidated and fair monthly bill. And when nobody would supply the windshield I needed for my JDM Skyline, she authorized me to buy one myself and still honor my windshield coverage. Needless to say, her office will have my business for a long time. I just insured 3 more vehicles with her, and I recommend her office every chance I get. *Side note, I previously contacted other State Farm branches about insuring my imported vehicles and they were clueless. This is NOT the standard, it's far above it.
