I called this agency and asked to speak to Jared and was stonewalled. The rep was acting as if I was requesting to speak to the pope. I left 2 messages for him to cal me and each time the rep was very forceful and attempted to service me rather than just simply honoring my request. She actually stated she could do anything Jared could do !! After a week and a half I gave up and called a different agent and was taken care of. I waited over a week for Jared to reach out to me to resolve this situation. He did not. I emailed him and told him about the situation and he responded in saying he has heard about the incident but he was on vacation and he had instructed his staff not to call him unless it was an extreme situation. WHAT !!!!! So you heard about the situation and didn't reach back out upon your return to work ?? Interesting !!! Over all the situation was frustrating and the customer service was poor.
