I thought that Jeff Drozen moving to the east coast would be devastating for me. My fears were unfounded. Despite the distance, Jeff is as responsive as he was when he was "down the road." Emails and phone calls are answered quickly. He's even offered to stop by and check on me, in person, when he's back in California. Our "loss" of having him in California didn't turn out to be a loss at all! Jeff is eager to serve his clients, not the insurance companies. He takes the time to get to know families/clients and figure out what they need. His approach is about securing their futures. Many agents will just give you a few options, Jeff will give you a spread of options and price points. Cheapest is not always the best. Jeff is careful to explain the benefits of each type of policy. He is the opposite of pushy. Rather, I find him to be realistic and helpful. Not only will he will look for the best deals, but also suggest things that someone might not have even considered, like data breach. I had never considered the devastation that could happen as a result of something like that. I'm glad he is on top of things! I've been with Jeff and Gaspar for 4 years now, when he was at the Los Angeles office. Even after his move across country, Jeff is as close as the phone, and he is always there to help if I have a question about my policy. In fact, I had recently let my rental insurance lapse by accident, and Jeff called me to remind me, and helped me get it reactivated immediately! I first came to Jeff after I encountered some unfortunate circumstances. My car insurance premiums were set to rise over $300 when my policy came up for renewal. Kim= Amazing Jeff= AMAZEBALLS These two are a force stronger than the darkside. No joke, the get it DONE. I really can't say enough about the excellent customer service I received by Kim Grollman at Gaspar. After having worked with 3 different (awful) brokers previously, Kim really took the time and effort to concentrate on all of the insurance coverage's I needed (personal auto, personal home, commercial auto, rental insurance, classic auto). She helped get me in the right coverage for all my needs where my former brokers had me covered for too little and too much in certain policies. She maintained a great relationship with me even after I explained to her that I was still shopping around with other brokers for the best possible coverage for me. I was on a tight timeline as a few of my policies were coming up for renewal and she was very timely on having proper quotes ready for me. Even though she could not beat the rental property quotes from another broker, she continued to follow up with me for my other coverages trying to discount as much as she possibly could to give me the best rates for the right coverage. I ended up going with her for my personal home and auto where she had the best rates. I believe that eventually I will move all of my insurance lines with her as the broker because of her kindness, transparency and ease of contact. For my personal auto, she also brought the driver forgiveness portion of the policy to my attention, which I thought was extremely beneficial. I think there were three big things that made Kim stand out. First was how convenient and easy it was to contact her combined with her due diligence to find the right amount of coverage. Second, she was very transparent and explained where it was better for me to go through another vendor rather than her product. And the most important was her saying that she is PROACTIVE. When renewal of a policy comes, most brokers just wait for the client to pay the premium and move forward. She told me that as new insurance providers come on board and as renewal approaches, they will go back out to market to research if there's a better product out there. With life being so busy, it is good to feel that I can trust that my broker is on my team - fighting to find the best rates and best coverage for me. Thank you Kim!
