I had to make a payment on 9/9/13 for my policy and I have called there office 3 times a day to reach Ben to pay my policy and no one has called me back. Yesterday I called and talked to the main lady Wendy and she said ill call you back at 2 pm when the computer system comes back up. Well I get a call this morning saying well I looked into your policy and you have a past due balance, NO SHIT, on one will call me back to take payment. Then she has the never to say that my policy is going to cancel today, thanks for nothing. If I never called yesterday I would never known that my policy was being cancelled. So goodbye State Farm and hello another company who is going to care and call there clients back. Also beware when you call all the women who answer the phone is rude and will give you a attitude when you want to leave a message with someone.
