Our family has had StateFarm for awhile now, and they have been there to help us whenever we needed them. Lily is very responsive and stays in contact with her clients throughout the whole process, which is something I can confidently say doesn't happen with previous insurances I have had. Over my entire time with StateFarm, I have only had one issue where the claims department wanted to file my claim as collision instead of comprehensive.
