After binding coverage (which by the way took 4 WEEKS!), I received a call that they had "accidentally misquoted the actual amount due" and now I owed $200 more than what was quoted, bound, and paid for! It's like driving a car off the lot and then the dealer says you owe more money or you can't keep your car! Thankfully there is a Florida Insurance Fraud Hotline for this type of egregious activity, which I called, and there is currently an INSURANCE FRAUD INVESTIGATION taking place. STAY AWAY!

Their technique is to make a low offer and then drag it out for as long as possible to try to make you take it. As a realtor I will make sure none of my clients ever goes near this scam of a company.
