When we later asked detailed questions about specific endorsements and policy language, our concerns were answered with general assurances rather than references to the written contract. After asking for clarification, we never received a response. We found another agency that provided the specimen policy and endorsements before binding coverage and answered our questions by referring directly to the policy language. If reviewing the actual contract before you buy is important to you, I would recommend working with a different agent.

So when I got the new place I asked around on who recommended someone. EVERYONE recommended their own person, of course. So I got quotes and spoke to many people. I was advised by friends that "they are all the same" but I already knew that wasn't really true. My forth quote I was working to get was from Toshiko with Blue Sky. First, she was great to speak with and quick with any email correspondence. She was always cheerful and was transparent about the process for the best rate.
